Fake Printer

A virtual macOS printer. Print from any app and the PDF lands in a folder on your Mac.

Fake Printer registers a real printer queue with macOS, then never prints anything. It runs an IPP server on loopback, lets CUPS attach with the built in IPP Everywhere driver, and writes whatever you print straight to disk as a PDF.

No driver package, no kernel extension, no cloud round trip. Print from any app, pick Fake Printer, and the file shows up in your output folder.
