About

ServiceHub is a good, safe and digital case handling service of vehicle faults, demages and other cases.

The app is targeted to be used by drivers mostly. Driver can select the bus he is riding and can view all the issues reported to that particular vehicle and can see current status for the resolution of that issues.

The app allows to report issues identified in the vehicle by selecting the category of the issue, severity level and indication on the actual pictures of the vehicle. It generates an report for reported issues and keeps track of the resolution status.

My Roll

• Manage project and communicate with client for development, improvement and further planning.
• Provide weekly reports and estimations and for further development.
• Implement UI and functionality to the android app.
• Allow user to capture images and draw over them to indicate issues.
• Manage issue reports and their status.
• Allow driver to select specific vehicle to login.
• Audio sweeps to auto calibrate sub-woofer.
